Meetings, with less to remember

Be in the meeting.
Keep the important parts.

A good conversation moves quickly. Saynote gives you a place to return to the details and turn a discussion into next steps.

Start with the conversation

Record a meeting on your iPhone or in the web workspace, or import an audio file. Make sure participants know you are recording and that you have the permission you need. Saynote processes the audio into a transcript and organized notes after upload.

See the decisions and the next steps

A meeting summary is useful when it tells you what changed. Saynote extracts key points, decisions and possible to-dos. Open a task to keep its supporting context close by. When a later recording covers the same commitment, Saynote can add the new summary to the existing item instead of scattering the story across duplicate tasks.

You can edit a to-do, set its owner and due date, mark it complete, and reopen it. AI suggestions can miss nuance, so review commitments and dates before acting on them.

Keep the whole transcript

The summary does not replace your source. Your full transcription remains available alongside the recording. Speaker labels help you follow a conversation; editing a speaker’s name updates their turns throughout that recording. Optional voice setup can help identify you in later recordings, but uncertain voices still need your review.

Connect the ideas visually

An editable mind map organizes topics into branches. Use it to review a discussion, spot related ideas and decide where to go next. For a specific detail, ask a question about your notes and review the source quotes returned with the answer.

Review a calendar event or a message

Saynote can suggest calendar events, reminders, emails and text drafts from what you say. The iPhone app offers review and handoff to the relevant system app. Browser handoffs differ by platform. Sending a message or adding an event is a deliberate action, not an invisible background step.

Continue on another screen

Use the same account on iPhone and the web. Your saved notes, projects and to-dos belong to that account. A browser session does not create a second copy of your workspace.
