A little help
getting unstuck.

For account or product help, email support@tikliverankings.com. Include what happened and which device you were using.

One account across iPhone and web

Your workspace belongs to your Saynote account, not to a device. Use the same email-and-password login or linked Google account on the website. If you already have an account, choose Sign in rather than creating another workspace.

If you use Apple sign-in on your iPhone, first open the app’s Settings and connect Google while signed into your existing account. Then use that Google account on the website. Apple Hide My Email can use a different address from your ordinary email, so matching email addresses alone does not safely merge accounts.

If you accidentally created two accounts, contact support. We will not merge private recording libraries solely because a visitor asks or supplies an email address; account ownership must be established.

I can’t see my latest recording

Check that you are in the same account on both devices, that your phone has an internet connection, and that its upload finished. Processing happens after upload. A recording waiting on the phone will not appear on the web until it reaches the service.

My build is queued

Open Saynote Desktop on your paired Mac, keep the Mac awake and online, and make sure it is accepting builds. Check that a project is selected and that your AI tool is signed in. Look for a question or permission request in the build view.

Browser microphone access

Use a current browser over HTTPS and allow microphone access when you choose Record. If access was previously denied, change it in the browser’s site settings. Keep the browser active while recording. Importing an audio file is another option.

Beta access and downloads

Saynote is currently an invited beta. Downloads lists the available versions and their requirements. Service availability still depends on the beta’s development-hosted processing service.

Please do not email passwords, authentication codes, API keys or confidential recording contents. A short description, app version and approximate time of the issue are usually enough to start.

Good ideas start with you.

Say them out loud. Keep the details. Take the next step.
