Saynote helps you capture recordings, create transcripts and notes, organize next steps and send build requests to a paired computer. The current service is a beta. Features, availability and access may change, and interruptions or errors may occur.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Use accounts and connected computers you own or have permission to use. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace or bypass access controls and usage limits.
Your recordings and content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You allow Saynote and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights and recording permissions necessary for uploaded or recorded material.
AI output and actions
Transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, suggestions and generated code can be incorrect or incomplete. Review output before relying on it. You decide whether to send a message, create an event, grant a tool permission, use generated code or deploy a project.
Connected coding tools operate under their own terms and account limits. You are responsible for the project folders you connect and the actions you authorize. A completed AI turn is not a guarantee that a product is ready for production.
Availability, subscriptions and downloads
The invited beta currently does not require a purchase. If a paid subscription becomes available, its price, trial period, renewal terms and cancellation method will be displayed before purchase. We do not offer an active paid website checkout on this release.
Downloads have the requirements and availability stated on the download page. The Mac development beta has not completed public notarization. Do not bypass operating-system security protections to use it.
Responsible use and suspension
Do not use Saynote for unlawful activity, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, distributing malicious software or interfering with the service. Access may be restricted to protect the service, other users or to address misuse.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and request account deletion in Settings. Export anything you want to keep before deleting it. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
